Do you have a privacy policy? TOP

Yes.
 
If you have registered through our website to receive email communications from us, we may use your contact details to send you newsletters, marketing emails or other promotional material. However, you may at any time opt out of receiving such materials by emailing us. When we receive your request, we will remove your contact details from our lists.

Please know that your personal information will never be disclosed to anyone.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks.  NOTE:  Orders paid with personal checks do not ship until the check has cleared our account.

How do I pay with a credit card? TOP

When ordering online, you may pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Electonic Check via PayPal.  To add items to your shopping cart, just click on the Add to Cart button.  When you are ready to check out, click on the View Shopping Cart button.
 
PayPal is designed to be a very safe way to send money online.  The merchants receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing any of your actual financial information.

Paypal is a very safe way to send money online.  When you use Paypal you do not have to be a Paypal member. 
 
Most importantly, the merchants/retailers receive payment from Paypal without ever seeing any of your sensitive financial information

What if I don't want to pay with a credit card? TOP

If you prefer to pay with a money order, cashiers check, or personal check, you may!  Add items by clicking the Add to Cart button.  When you are ready to check out just click on the View Shopping Cart button and you'll be directed to instructions for mailing your payment. 
 
We ask that we receive payments within 7 days of the transaction's close.  If you run into a snag or something unexpected has come up, please email and let us know so there are no misunderstandings.
 
Note:  Orders paid for with personal checks will not ship until the check has cleared our bank account.

How often do you ship? TOP
Daily.  We strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment.

How do you ship? TOP

We usually ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  If you wish your purchase to be shipped via UPS or FedEx please contact us.  
 
Sometimes we have large items that must be picked up locally or the customer will need to make arrangements for shipping.

Do you provide insurance? TOP
Insurance is extra, available on request, and is recommended.  We will not be responsible for uninsured items after the item leaves our hands. 

Do you practice the Golden Rule? TOP

We want you to love your purchase, so please be sure to ask questions before purchasing. Since many of our items come from third party sources, we are not able to provide provenance.

We’re well aware that vintage items have lived a life prior to coming into our life and hope you are, too. They may have lived in smoking environments or in homes with pets. They may even have a bit of that musty odor from storage. If we notice anything untoward about an item, we will share that information with you. If you are allergic or sensitive to odors, dust or dander vintage might not be for you.

We try our best to practice the Golden Rule and treat our customers the way we like to be treated.

What is your return policy? TOP
We love our clients and we want them happy!  Our items are vintage and no two pieces are exactly alike.  Please read the descriptions of each item carefully - including dimensions and condition.  If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we will try to resolve your concerns.  Any refunds made will be for the purchase amount only and will not include monies paid for shipping and/or insurance fees.  Please be specific about the problems in your email.  And please know that we will not issue any refund simply due to Buyer's remorse.
